Try this peach bruschetta today!

Ingredients:

*1 Baguette, sliced
*Olive oil (enough to brush on the top of each slice of bread)
*1-2 fresh peaches, sliced thin
*1 package of fresh mozzarella, sliced
*Handful of fresh basil leaves
*Balsamic reduction (or glaze)

1. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and toast in 425 degree oven until desired crispiness (I don’t like mine super crispy, but that’s personal preference). Allow to cool.

2. On top of each slice of bread, layer a slice of mozzarella, a slice of peach, a basil leaf, and drizzle with balsamic glaze

3. Serve immediately

4. Be prepared to tell everyone how you made it, because people WILL ask ☺️

**Take it the next level by grilling the peach just long enough to get a smoky flavor. Allow it to cool before layering it on the cheese.

** Mascarpone, ricotta, or even cream cheese would also be delicious in place of fresh mozzarella.
